A performance exploring the embodied rituals of the Korean bathhouse, drawn from childhood memories. I saw bodies. Grandma? Mom? The lady? The virgin? A 90-year-old woman? and her caregiver. I also saw them rubbing, scrubbing, applying yogurt, sometimes cucumber, massaging, kneading, rinsing, talking, comforting, laughing, yelling, cursing, and worrying.

This project began with research into connectivity issues of the gram Link app and expanded to cover the broader LG app ecosystem. We ultimately conducted four presentations for both executives and team members from the product planning and development teams, showcasing design and AI utilization scenarios. Our proposals were successfully incorporated into the default app of the gram Pro series upon release.
